Description of Property
The Lissa Links complex is located in the Calis area of Fethiye and comprises 29 air-conditioned linked villas set within a private complex, just a short 10 minute stroll from the main Calis Beach resort itself. Lissa Links boasts a large 150 m2 communal freshwater swimming pool, a 2.2 m2 children’s pool and a huge tiled sun bathing area, with shower, next to the pool. All Lissa Links villas are similar in layout and benefit from spacious terraces and roof balconies to both front and rear.
The villa's are divided across three floors and have three double-sized bedrooms, each with an adjacent bathroom and toilet. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, wardrobe and bedroom furniture and en-suite facilities. The two other bedrooms have two single beds in each room, with wardrobes and bedroom furniture. On the top floor, there is a washing machine, drying area, iron and ironing board.
The villa's have a modern kitchen with an oven, hob, American-style refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave and plenty of cupboard space. There is a good stock of crockery, cutlery and utensils suitable for indoor or outdoor dining. Also on the ground floor is a separate toilet with wash hand basin. A safe for storage of valuables is also provided. The spacious ground floor terrace has plenty of sun loungers, a built-in BBQ, patio table and chairs, and is ideal for alfresco dining.
The complex has the benefit of 365-day, 24-hour security comprising gardeners during daytime and dedicated patrols in the evening. Also on hand is a site manager who will do his best to resolve any problems with either the villa or the site in general.
